IF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR TEKARRA ATVS PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 70% REFUND.

To return products, must be within 15 calendar days from the original ship date, call us Customer Service toll-free at 800-305-6543 to receive a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), which need to appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging.

You must ship the products to USPowersportsDEPOT.com in their original packaging; shipping paid and insured or accept the risk of loss or damage during the shipment.

You may return original software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, power cables, and other items bundled must be returned. Customer must to ensure that product is returned and received by USPowersportsDEPOT.com within 15 calendar days from the date of shipping.

DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

USPowersportsDEPOT.com offers complimentary freight insurance for all deliveries on every product we sell. If any product is damaged in any way, please let us know within 3 DAYS, and we will send you a replacement part right away. We handle all shipping damage claims for you, while our competitors make you handle it yourself.

USPowersportsDEPOT.com wants your buying experience to be as easy and as stress-free as possible. We will not forget about you once the vehicle is out of our doors.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 25% restocking fee.
